What Nicholas would want in an agent he delivers himself: time, patience, integrity, and a commitment to his client's best interests. He is dedicated not only to being your advocate and advisor, but to showing you as many apartments as you need to see to make the right decision.

Client satisfaction is his priority. Whatever it takes to exceed your expectations (without ever imposing his own), is how he treats your business. "When it is right we will know it," Nicholas says, who gives his all to meeting your needs whether you are a student here for a semester, a family looking to buy your first residence, or an empty nester seeking a smaller place. "The home you envision is here waiting for you. It will not necessarily be the first property we see, but we won't give up until your smile says 'it's the one.'"

An extreme people person, Nicholas can work with anyone thanks to his extensive sales and management background. His previous careers included Nightclub management of such well-known NYC venues such as Stand Up NY Comedy Club, The Underground Lounge and The Night Gallery, as well as fitness sales and management in top NYC health clubs.

Originally from Maine, Nicholas holds a BA in Philosophy from CCNY. He has lived in Morningside Heights for 18 years, and in Manhattan for 21. When not scouring the city helping his real estate clients, Nicholas is an avid cyclist who bikes all over Manhattan as well as Brooklyn and Queens. He is a voracious reader and an enthusiastic cook as well, who is now trying his hand at authentic Asian cuisine. "I make one heck of a Kimchee!" Nicholas is also an NYS Certified Crisis Counselor and volunteer Advocate for the Crime Victims Treatment Center of St. Luke's/Roosevelt Hospitals.
